How returns work

DaniRolls reviews returns and exchanges case by case. If something isn't right with your order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll work with you on next steps.

Batteries

Battery products are non-returnable.

Before you order

Wheelchair parts are technical, and getting the right part the first time matters. If you're not sure a part fits your chair, ask us before you order — it's easier than sorting out a return afterward.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible, ideally with photos, so we can help resolve it quickly.
